Adsense is a Google service which allows you to place adverts on your site. If you are using WordPress then it must be self hosted. Blogger and Weebly make Adsense integration very easy indeed. Every time a reader clicks on your advert then you will receive a small amount of money. For this to be worth your while then you need a good volume of traffic.
If you don’t have a good stream of visitors then Google will simply deactivate your Adsense account. There are no quick ways to make money in blogging so don’t try. Concentrate on good content and the rest will follow. I would personally avoid adsense until your really established.
